Wonderful email below from parishioner Bill Philcox about the amazing CHRISTMAS CANTATA and MIDNIGHT MASS. WE ARE BLESSED

Words cannot tell how much my wife and I enjoyed the Cantata and Midnight Mass. To put it mildly, it was far beyond our expectations.

The choir and orchestra were magnificent. All of the members of the choir were superb, and I must tell you that to me, the highlight of the Cantata occurred when Malena and Cash sang the Lord's Prayer.... TWICE . I am not ashamed to admit that it brought tears to our eyes.... TWICE. What talents, both of them. God blessed them for sure.

The church looked magnificent, as it always does, thanks to Laney. But that night it looked special. The little girl that brought the baby Jesus to the crib was a tug on our heart strings. Not only that, that little girl sat right in front of us with her mom, and we told her how pretty she looked, and how proud we were of her. Her mom beamed with pride, and rightfully so.

At 77 years of age, neither my wife nor I had ever attended a Midnight Mass. Thanks to you and Malena, the choir and orchestra, we will from now on. I will also try to get my children and their families to attend too.

Father, at closing, you said we are blessed, and I agree. We are blessed to have two "special" people in our lives, you and Malena. Both of you have done a great deal us and for our church. Thanks to God.

Malena, can you please forward this to the members of the choir and orchestra? I would like them to know how much their dedication and talents had touched our hearts that magnificent night.
