2022 Lessons and Carols

This Friday evening, “Come Home for Christmas at St. Mary’s” continues with an inspirational presentation of “Lessons and Carols,” by the amazing Saint Mary Choir, Children’s Choir and Saint Mary School Choir under the direction of our fabulous music director Malena Towers.  

Lessons and Carols is a service of Christian worship traditionally celebrated during the Advent season. The story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus, is told in nine short scripture readings (or lessons) from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels, interspersed with the singing of Advent and Christmas carols. This will be a most inspirational evening that will prepare your hearts for the coming of the Messiah.
