Position Title: Parish Youth Minister
Department: Youth and Youth Adults
Reports To: Pastor
Status:  Exempt

We are seeking a dynamic and spirit-filled Youth Minister to lead our vibrant LIFE TEEN & EDGE programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding teens closer to Christ and actively participating in the mission of the Committee for the New Evangelization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engaging LIFE TEEN & EDGE programs.

• Actively participate in the parish Committee for the New Evangelization, contributing to the mission of bringing the Baptism in the Holy Spirit to the whole Church.

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth to grow in their faith.

• Collaborate with parish leaders and volunteers to organize Youth Mass, Music Ministry, and retreats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology or religious education, or certification in diocesan or national youth ministry (preferred).

• Several years of experience as a director of youth ministry or proven leadership in a similar role.

• Commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church and a passion for youth ministry.

• Ability to work weekends and weeknights.
